Enhanced Terms and Conditions for Paradise Beauty Parlour
Welcome to Paradise Beauty Parlour! If this is your first visit, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Insurance

At Paradise Beauty Parlour, we believe that the customer is always right.

All staff are fully qualified in the treatments they provide.

Health and Safety

Hygiene: We prioritise hygiene and cleanliness. All sterilisation equipment is approved by the local environmental health officer.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Timeliness: Arriving late may affect your treatment. Appointments will end at their scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client.

Preparation Time: All appointment times include preparation for both the room and the client. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete a confidential personal consultation card.
Services and Price List

Treatment Times: Treatment times may include consultation, dressing, and undressing. Please ask for details.
Cancellations

Notice: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations; otherwise, the full treatment price will be charged.

Repeat Offences: For clients with repeated ‘no show’ appointments, prepayment will be required for future bookings.

Deposits: For treatments over 1 hour, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be transferred or refunded with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit.
Prepaid Treatments

Validity: Courses of treatments are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise, and must be paid for upfront.
Gift Vouchers

Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for one month from the purchase date. After expiry, vouchers will not be accepted.

Terms: Vouchers can only be used for services, not for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. Please quote your voucher name at the time of booking and present it to your therapist at the start of your treatment.

Cancellation Terms: Late cancellation and ‘no show’ terms also apply to gift vouchers. If a voucher cannot be used within its validity period, it can be extended for another month with prior agreement.
Price Alterations

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Smoking and Vaping

Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere in the salon.
Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and only use the information collected to provide our services. We do not share or sell your information for any other purpose.

You may request a copy of your recorded information or ask us to remove identifiable information at any time.

We may ask for details related to your medical history (e.g., allergies, pregnancy) and will obtain your consent before storing this information.
Appointment Confirmations and Reminders

We will contact you via phone, email, or SMS to confirm and remind you of your appointments. By making an appointment, you consent to this communication but can opt out at any time.
Appointment Ratings and Reviews

After your visit, you may receive an email or SMS asking for feedback. Your participation is considered consent, but you can opt out at any time.
Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable. A client consultation will be conducted on your first visit to ensure safety.
Children

Children under 16 are not permitted unless supervised by an adult. Please inform staff if you plan to bring a child.
Animals

Animals are not allowed in the salon for health and safety reasons, except for assistance dogs. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by an assistance dog.

Patch Testing

Patch testing may be required for certain treatments (e.g., YAG, tinting, lash lifts). Failure to have a skin test will result in the inability to offer an appointment.
Personal Items

Please collect all personal items before leaving, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
Complaints Procedure

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy, please let us know how we can improve. Address any concerns directly with your therapist during your appointment or as soon as possible afterwards.
Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone and do not bring children, as we are unable to supervise them during treatments.
